Coastal Magic: Join Sculptress at the Gateway to Big Sur Festival
There is a specific kind of magic that happens where the Santa Lucia Mountains meet the Pacific. It’s in the mist that clings to the cliffs, the deep greens of the Monterey pines, and the treasures tucked away in the cove at Ragged Point.
It is this landscape that inspires every piece of Sculptress Jewelry, and I am beyond thrilled to announce that I’ll be bringing the boutique directly to the coast for a special celebration.

The Event: Gateway to Big Sur Festival
On Saturday, May 2nd, the Ragged Point Inn will transform into a vibrant hub of music, food, and local artistry. This festival is a true "gateway" experience—a chance to soak in the spirit of Big Sur with the community that loves it most.
Whether you're a local or making the iconic drive up Highway 1, this is the perfect pit stop to stretch your legs, breathe in the salt air, and discover something handcrafted and unique.
Shop the Sculptress Boutique
I will be there from 10 AM to 5 PM with a full spread of artisan designs. This is a wonderful opportunity to see the stones in the natural light they were meant for. I’ll be featuring:
-
Big Sur Jade: Rare, locally sourced, and hand-finished pieces that carry the weight and wisdom of the ocean.
-
Gemstone Treasures: Vibrant rings and necklaces featuring ethically sourced stones, pearls, and moonstone.
-
New Arrivals: Be the first to shop the latest designs from the studio, including some one-of-a-kind statement pieces I’ve been saving for this event.

Festival Highlights
Beyond the shopping, there’s plenty to keep you inspired all afternoon:
-
Live Music: Four local bands will be playing throughout the day (10am, 12pm, 2pm, and 4pm).
-
Good Eats: Enjoy a classic cliffside BBQ, fresh pastries, and gourmet coffee from the Ragged Point team.
-
Local Artisans: Browse a curated selection of 18 local craft vendors showcasing the best of our coastal creative community.
