📦 Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

• US Domestic Orders: Free USPS Shipping on all US orders over $100. For US orders under $100, standard USPS shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

• International Orders: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight and destination via USPS.

How long will it take to process and receive my order?

All pieces are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. During collection launches, holiday seasons, or special events, crafting and dispatch times may take a bit longer. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your chosen USPS service at checkout.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your package is scanned and dispatched by USPS, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your direct tracking number.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or Hotel?

• US Orders: Yes, we happily ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. We do not ship to hotels.

• International Orders: We ship via USPS International, but delivery to international P.O. Boxes or hotels depends on local destination carrier rules.

What if my package is lost or stuck in transit?

Once a package is in the hands of USPS, delivery progress is managed by the postal carrier. However, if your package appears stuck or lost in transit, please email natilie@sculptressjewelry.com. While Sculptress is not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered, I will always do my best to help you file a claim or track down your order.

What does "frequency-charged" mean?

Every piece created at Sculptress is charged using Healy frequency technology before leaving the studio. This process is designed to clear residual energies and infuse your jewelry with specific elemental frequencies (Earth, Air, Water, or Ether), turning your adornment into a grounded, intentional daily talisman.

Are your metals and gemstones sustainably sourced?

Yes. Every design is crafted using solid 14k gold, 14k gold-filled, or sterling silver, paired with carefully selected natural gemstones. I prioritize responsible sourcing and small-batch production to ensure high quality and minimal environmental impact.

Will my gemstone look identical to the photo online?

Because I work with genuine, natural gemstones—and many pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones—no two pieces are completely identical. Minor variations in stone hue, matrix, and subtle inclusions are natural marks of beauty that make your piece uniquely yours.

How will my order be packaged?

Whether you are choosing a piece for yourself or a loved one, I want every unboxing to feel like an intentional ritual. Your jewelry arrives safely nestled in a signature Sculptress leather pouch, packaged in recycled kraft boxes with recycled packing paper to keep environmental impact minimal.

How do I care for my frequency-charged jewelry?

How do I find my ring size before ordering?

Because many pieces are made to order or one-of-a-kind, getting an accurate measurement is important. We recommend having your finger measured with a standard ring sizer at a local jewelry studio or utilizing a ring-sizing guide prior to purchasing.

💳 Orders, Gift Cards & Codes

How do I apply a discount code or Gift Card?

Once you have added your pieces to your cart and proceed to checkout, you will find a field on the right-hand side (or top of mobile) to enter your discount code or gift card balance.

What should I do if my promo code or Gift Card isn't working?

Gift cards and promo codes are case-sensitive, so please double-check your caps lock and formatting. If you still encounter an issue, send a note to natilie@sculptressjewelry.com before completing your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Because I begin preparing and packaging orders promptly in the studio, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please review your order details carefully at checkout.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

In place of a traditional corporate warranty, I offer a Craftsmanship Guarantee. I stand fully behind the structural integrity of my work upon arrival. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email natilie@sculptressjewelry.com right away with your order number and a clear photo of the piece so I can take care of it for you.

Will I have to pay customs, duties, or import fees?

Yes. All international customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their destination country. Sculptress is legally required to declare the full purchase value on customs forms.
