Every piece is forged by hand, frequency-charged, and packaged with love in my Big Sur studio.

Because Sculptress adornments are created in small, intentional batches, your order is treated with care from the moment it is placed to the moment it arrives at your door. I use eco-conscious, 100% recycled packing materials so we can walk a little lighter on this earth together.

📦 Studio Processing Times

  • Dispatch Schedule: All orders placed before 1:00 PM PST are typically crafted, frequency-charged, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Collection Launches & Peak Seasons: During new collection releases or holiday periods, processing may take up to 3 to 5 business days as I lovingly prepare each piece.

  • Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, an immediate confirmation will be sent to your email. You will receive a second email with your USPS tracking details the moment your package leaves the studio.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (United States)

All domestic packages are shipped safely via the United States Postal Service (USPS) in recycled packaging.

  • Orders Over $100: FREE Standard USPS Shipping within the United States.

  • Orders Under $100: Standard USPS shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact location and package weight.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

🌍 International Shipping

I am honored to send my work across borders to muses around the world via USPS International Services.

  • Calculated at Checkout: International shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination country and package weight.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 7 to 14 business days once handed over to USPS, depending on your local postal service and customs handling times.

  • Customs, Import Duties & Taxes: International packages may be subject to local import taxes, VAT, or customs fees set by your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Legally, I am required to declare the full dollar value of your order on customs documentation.

> Note on USPS Service Disruptions: USPS temporarily suspends service to select destinations subject to active trade embargoes, severe transportation halts, or conflict. Currently, mail acceptance is suspended for a limited number of regions including Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Haiti, Iran, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen. Live checkout will reflect real-time USPS availability for your destination. Please note that I am also unable to ship to hotel addresses.

🎁 Packaging & Presentation

To ensure your adornments arrive safely while honoring the earth:

  • Most pieces arrive tucked inside a signature, soft leather travel pouch. Larger statement pieces are packaged in custom protective casing to keep them secure in transit.

  • All orders are shipped using recycled kraft boxes and 100% recycled packing materials.

🕊️ Order Changes & Delivery Details

  • Address Verification: Please double-check your shipping address and email at checkout! Because orders move quickly into preparation, I am unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

  • Missing or Delayed Packages: Once your package leaves my Big Sur studio, it is in the safe hands of the United States Postal Service. If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but missing, or lost in transit, please reach out directly to your local post office or submit a claim online at usps.com/help/claims.htm.

  • Reshipping: If a package is returned to the studio due to an incorrect address or full mailbox, you will simply be responsible for the cost to re-ship it to your corrected address.
