All orders are packaged with love and mailed from the Sculptress studio in Big Sur, California.

Shipping within USA?
Free Shipping for all USA orders over $75
All orders are sent are 100% carbon nutural via SENDLE (USPS First Class Mail) and take 2-5 business days to arrive after dispatch.
All orders placed before 1pm PST are dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
Shipping Internationally?
If you are located outside of the US, I offer flat rate shipping of $24
All international orders are sent with USPS Priority Mail service that is then passed onto your local postal service once the order arrives in your country. Delivery times can vary between 7-14 business days. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
All orders placed before 1pm PST are dispatched between 1-3 business days.
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Sculptress is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Changes To Your Order
Unfortunately, I am unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular I recommend double checking your email address and delivery address.
Please note: Sculptress reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
Packaging Options
To ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, your jewelry order will be sent in our signature black leather bags with Sculptress logo.
All other items will be in a reusable bag and/or minimal packaging.
All orders are shipped with recycled kraft boxes and recycled packing material
Our cusotm bags are reusable. We thank you for choosing to walk a little lighter on this earth.
Processing And Delivery Times
All orders placed before 1pm PST time are dispatched between 1-3 business days.
Please note: during busy periods or within 5 days of a new collection launch or sale, there may be some delays
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email me at natilie@sculptressjewelry.com
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday.

Please note, I am also unable to ship to hotels, so please use a private address only.
I think my order might be lost in the mail, what do I do?
Once your package leaves our studio it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.
if your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package.

Once your package has left our studio, Sculptress is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods.
Sculptress is not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
Sculptress does not accept responsibility if your local postal service has marked your items as delivered and you claim you have not received them. This issue then needs to be settled between yourself and the post office.
