Every Sculptress piece is handcrafted by my own hands in my Big Sur studio using solid 14k gold, 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, and hand-selected gemstones. Because my adornments are created in small, intentional batches—and many feature unique, one-of-a-kind natural stones—I stand fully behind the structural integrity and artistry of my work.

I guarantee every piece against manufacturing or structural defects.

If your adornment experiences an issue due to studio craftsmanship—such as a component flaw or a loose stone setting upon arrival—please reach out to me directly at natilie@sculptressjewelry.com. Because many of my designs and gemstones are entirely one of a kind, I will personally evaluate your piece to repair the original or work with you to find a thoughtful solution, such as studio credit or an alternative of equal value.

Please note: This guarantee covers crafting defects upon arrival and normal, intentional wear. It does not cover accidental damage, loss, exposure to harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear over extended time (such as surface scratches or metal bent from heavy impact).

🔨 Studio Repair & Care Services

Jewelry is meant to be lived in. If your favorite piece suffers an accident down the road—a snapped chain, a crushed hoop, or an element that needs resetting after years of wear—I am always happy to welcome it back to the studio for repair whenever possible.

  • Assessment: Send a clear photo and description of the damage to natilie@sculptressjewelry.com. I will review it personally and let you know if it can be restored.

  • Repair Fees: Minor repairs, stone resetting, and re-polishing are offered at a nominal fee to cover studio materials and labor, plus round-trip shipping.

  • Third-Party Alterations: Please note that having an outside jeweler resize, alter, or work on your Sculptress piece voids my studio guarantee, as I cannot speak to outside workmanship.
