Returns & Exchange Policy

At Sculptress Jewelry, I take great pride in the craftsmanship and unique nature of every piece. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the artisanal nature of my work, certain exclusions apply.

Eligible Returns

If you change your mind, I will gladly accept a return for a refund subject to the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition with all tags and original packaging attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original receipt or order confirmation is required.

Final Sale Items

To protect the integrity of my curated collections, the following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • One-of-a-Kind Pieces: Any item designated as a unique, one-of-a-kind creation.

  • Custom & Bespoke Orders: Any jewelry created to specific customer requirements or items that have been resized or altered.

  • Gift Vouchers: These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refund Processing & Security

  • Original Payment Method: Per merchant banking regulations and for your protection, all refunds will be processed strictly to the original payment method used at checkout. We are unable to issue refunds to alternative cards, accounts, or via cash.

  • Gifts with Purchase: If your order included a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned in its original condition. If not, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your total refund.


How do I return an item?

To initiate a return for an eligible item, please email me directly at natilie@sculptressjewelry.com.

  1. Email Request: Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Authorization: Once approved, I will provide you with the return shipping address and a Return Authorization Number.

  3. Packaging: Your Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the front of your returned parcel.

Upon receipt, items will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) directly to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Sculptress is not liable for the loss of products being returned. I strictly recommend using a traceable delivery method and saving your tracking number.

What if my item is faulty?

I am so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please email me at natilie@sculptressjewelry.comimmediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. I may replace the item (if stock is available) or issue a full refund upon receiving the faulty item back.

What if I receive an incorrect item?

If you have received an item you did not order, please email me at natilie@sculptressjewelry.com so I can resolve this for you immediately.

What if my order goes missing?

If your order has gone missing, please email me at natilie@sculptressjewelry.com. Due to insurance limitations, if a parcel is deemed lost in transit, I reserve the right to process a refund in lieu of shipping a replacement.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, you are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Due to the limited and one-of-a-kind nature of my pieces, I do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for your original purchase and place a new order for the replacement item.
